Past or early Life Regression can be immensely healing experiences. These sessions are a safe container for individuals to access information outside of their conscious awareness, where they can be properly guided and supported in the navigation and integration of what comes to light. During any hypnotherapy technique modern or ancient, you are always in control. Everyone is required to complete a pre-appointment questionnaire to ensure their suitability for these sessions.
