My process for healing is naturally shamanic. Shamanic healing is a form of energy healing also known as energy medicine, which is offered in collaboration with spirit. It is effective for all sorts of ails, blockages, pain and dis-eases, and aids in the awakening of your own healing potential. Healing is my most innate gift and is something I have and continue to enjoy learning about from many perspectives. For that reason, these sessions are unique to the needs and desired outcomes of the person I am working with but may include the use of sound, elements, feathers, plants, stones or other allies.
